Fun Not Fancy & Friends.

The Fun Not Fancy (FNF) Restaurant Group has chosen me for their never-ending design needs & I couldn’t be happier to fill this role & work alongside some of the kindest, most hardworking, talented people in the community. The FNF team trusts me to bring their ideas, creations, & brands to life & it’s a truly magical process to be a part of.

LP Street Food

Cocktail & seasonal menus, table tents, signs, digital illustrations, character developement, timeframe animation, social ads, & merch. Oh yes, & a website too. Helping build this brand has been fulfilling & a lot of fun. Take a look at some of the projects completed under LP Street Food.

Taco Gato

Coming soon. I’m currently working with the FNF & Taco Gato team to develop the brand with a new logo, defined colors, menu designs, social ads, & merch. Tacos & meowgaritas are well worth the wait.

For now, take a peek at the logo design development process.

Sacred Cow Tavern

Holy Cow. A brand developed in secrecy while FNF & Friends got to work creating a new, unique space for our community to enjoy. This process included logo design & development, signage, wall art, merch, social ads, menu designs & more. Take a closer look at the work completed under Sacred Cow & how the brand was brought to life.

The Hip-Stir

Just a roundabout away. FNF’s only marion location is anything but mainstream with its delicious cocktails, food menu, & captivating dining room. With a design described as Victorian Steampunk, this location needed a unique menu design, social ads, & merch to fit the vibes.

Cliff’s Dive Bar & Grill

A bar & restaurant bringing the spirit of dive in a campy way, elevating the concept & helping to redefine what dive means. The unique cocktails & tasty menu items are as quirky as the atmosphere. It was important to have a cocktail menu design to pair with these styles. It’s divey & great.

Brick’s Bar & Grill

FNF started with this downtown restaurant & bar. With walls of aged brick, the building was constructed over a century ago, & has been lovingly filled with antiques & other curiosities to create a unique, nostalgic atmosphere.

A colorful, fun cocktail menu was created to display the many delicious options this Cedar Rapids staple has to offer.
